Okay, so I may not be the best at cooking and I may not be the most active person on the planet but when the delivery guy from your favorite take-out restaurant says 'see you' and you respond in likeness one may come to realize that ordering out three-four times a week is not the healthiest life style. For you or your wallet. But living here in Lithuania comes with a big perk. Things are cheap, and comparing it to the loans and grants from the government in Sweden it's close to nothing. Well, if you only order out and not go and but whatever catches your eye. It's a close update but still better than nothing, I just had the sudden urge to post something and thought that food was a good subject as I just ordered food. The restaurant in question is called Gan Bei City and as you can tell from the name it's an asian place.
Hope you will enjoy your food as much as I will enjoy mine.
-Hungry, tired and self-reevaluating.

You know that you have reached the top of the lazy chain when you sit on your bed, realize that your need to charge you phone but your charger isn't plugged in and the plug at the end of the bed and not near you (top of the bed). This means that you have to move to the other side of the bed and plug it in, but instead of moving like a fucking normal person to save time and energy you start to stretch, knowing that your efforts are futile, all this while complaining to your roommate that you are too far away from the plug. Laughing she stands up from across the room in her own bed and actually helps you put the plug in....-.- Yes, this is how you know that you have reached the top of the lazy chain people.
Other news? Nothing much other than the fact that I think that I have found my calling when it comes to anatomy, namely the skull. While most people here finds it difficult to actually remember the different parts of the skull I find it relatively easy to do so. Some has the lower limbs or maybe even the vertebra or upper limbs... the skull is my domain. I can honestly say that i have barley studied and been there in my mind when it comes to the labs and lectures but I can still proudly say that I can answer all the questions the doctors/lecturers throw at me. yay.
Looking for apartments for four people is hard. Even though some really nice ones could be found they are not available until next fall semester so instead we have decided to find a place with a bunch of free apartments (which surprisingly isn't that hard) the only hard part is to keep everyone happy about the price and location, I couldn't care less but apparently that's a huge deal for some. But whatever right?
Have a nice night

I may not be the best blogger out there as I have not updated in a long, long, long while but since I don't care it's okay. Life so far has been hectic and fun. There has been a birthday after another, I managed to squeeze in a trip to Sweden, all-nighters all over the place, section exams as well as final exams.
Where to start.... Okay so first I had two colloquium's in Parasitology & Cytology but maybe I have already written about that. I also did the final exam which would have fucked up my life if it wasn't for the cytology part. I am lucky as my IBbio did include most of what we did so I could focus on the parasites but this only made me feel like Bad Luck Brian as the parasitology question that came up was on the parts that I really had problems with. So that was fun!
The day after the exam helped alot, I went back to Sweden. To do what exactly you ask? Because I felt like it? I missed my family, friends? Well, they are factors in the whole decision aswell but the main reason was for the Swedish House Mafia concert that I was lucky enough to get tickets to. This is their farewell tour as they as breaking up. I would be lying if I said that I have always been a BIG fan of them, but they are definitively my favorite house music source. There is something about their songs which makes it so easy to lose yourself to the music and just dance. I know cliche and shit but that's how I see their music, or feel. I got to see my family again for a slightly longer period of time and My God I have missed my younger brother Artin so fucking much. Sometimes I cannot think about him as I just get sad and close to tears, sometimes he wont even talk to me on skype or by phone calls as he starts to cry which makes me cry which makes my family laugh. yepp, they are horrible... No I'm kidding.
This time I traveled back by RyanAir from Skavsta-Riga, and took a bus from Riga to Kaunas by Kautra that took about 4-5 hours. Comfortable seats, Wi-Fi and best of all.... cheap, 15 Euros only. Well cheap as in its a long drive and shit, PEOPLE COME ON!
We started Anatomy which is the single most difficult thing that we will have to do in year 1 of med-school. All nighters? Check. Depression and anxiety? Check. Empty wallet (not really) from ordering in all the time so that we don't have to cook? Check. I'm so glad that I live here just because the food is cheap. You get 8 pc's sushi and fried rice with shrimps and veggies for 25 LTL which is approx. 80 kr. Delicious.
The last Saturday was the birthdays of three people... or their b-day party anyways. Hani turned 22 on the 26th, Jen's b-day was on the 29th and Valda had hers on the 1st (Saturday) which meant PARTY. We rented a limo bus, yes a Limo Bus and had fun for two and a half hours, afterwards clubbing was the plan, FUN is all I am going to say. For those of you who know me you know that I am not a party person but this was such a good night that I have to list it in my top 3 nights. It ended with us going to the 24h Mcdonalds and me, Suzie, Valda and Jennifer ended up falling asleep in Suzies bed after eating, we slept til two thirty in the afternoon. This night we really got to know each other better as we all are going through similar things but yet so different. The point is that we know where we all stand and I am so happy for that. This reminds me of my own people back in Sweden and the process of becoming friends.
-Tired, happy and a bit nostalgic.

Hey, here it is, the actual post instead of 0.0. Today I had a bad start, a even worse continuation and the worst finish. Or at least so far. The hostel has one washing machine and one dryer per floor, our washing machine is broken so we have to go and wash on some other floor. Okay whatever. I go up to the 7th and wash, the washing machine breaks, leading to a beating or two to make it work again. Not to disturb the people living on the 7th floor anymore than necessary i go back down to our floor to dry them. After one hour the shirts are dry but not my underwear and socks so I leave them in. After another 30 minutes I was heading out so I had to bring my clothes in. To my surprise I see my clothes in a bag on top of the dryer and someone else's clothes inside the dryer. Now this may not seem like a big deal for most but no one, NO ONE is to touch my delicate's, it's just unhygienic meaning that I cannot wear them until I wash them again. Not only that but they still weren't dry! Thank you mystery guy. So naturally I took out his clothes and threw them on the floor while stomping and cleaning the dust of the windows... okay so maybe I didn't do that but I wanted to.... oh believe me I wanted to. The fact that I didn't shows character. I don't care what you think.
I was supposed to meet with Suzie and her boy at the library to study but alas no, the library was closed due to holidays. 5-0 to life. Yay. We went into town ate burgers and fires, went back to their room and studied. While studying we had fun, playing logo quiz and Suzie's insistence on annoying her boyfriend made it so much more fun. Then she saw a tiny bug and freaked out! Running out of the room while tossing paper at me and yelling kill it kill it. I laughed my ass of, not that it needed to be said. Made my day... Then I went home. I forgot the window open so I made a move to close it because it was cold. What do I see? A huge motherfucking spider playing a ballerina in a circus, balancing on the window top! I scream and run out the door so fast that Flash would have trouble to keep up. I ran to Teddy's but he wasn't home so I took his roommate and he killed it for me.
Karma is a bitch. Now I know it by experience.
-Freaked and fucked (not really just liked the alliteration)

I woke up by the sun streaming into the room through the window, teasing my eyes to open. Feeling tired I obliged the sun, the first question that popped into my head was about the hour of the day. Feeling more tired then I should I came to the conclusion that i must have slept in to an hour that was too much and I cursed my bad luck of letting most of my day pass by me when I have to study cytology. The feeling of sleepiness over came me and my body was screaming for me to fall back to sleep but alas my mind won the battle. I rolled over to see the time and imagine my surprise when it said 8.33. Eight fucking thirty three. On the only day of the week that i don't have lectures at eight o'clock. But since my mind won I couldn't fall back to a sleep so I just laid in my bed doing nothing but breathing. For the first time in a very long time I cursed the sun instead. So I woke up, did my daily morning routine which consists of relieving my bladder as well as removing the foul smell (not really but for the sake of this narrative way) of my mouth by mint, and laid down in my bed once again. I registered that my roommate, Maria, did not come home last night from her adventures on town and it's clubs. Opening my computer I see that nothing new has happened which leads to my next action of streaming new episodes of the shows that airs on Wednesday's. After that the internet could not hold my interest any longer, by which time was around 11.00, I went to the kitchen to see who was making such noise of laughter and find the entire kitchen covered in food, both cooked and uncooked. It's Inma's birthday. I put my dirty clothes in the washing machine and by 11.30 I started to study. Now it's 12.07 which means that for thirty minutes I was not lazy or procrastinating, but was actually studying hard. How do I know that I studied hard you ask? Well, because I was able to cover four pages of parasites, life cycles and cells. Now I am bored by my lack of motivation of learning about cytology so I am writing this.

I honestly don't know what to write. I was going to write about my stay in Sweden but my thoughts are a mess and the things I write comes out looking like Solo and Chewie just went through the place searching for things to loot (Pre-hero days of course... maybe after we never found out). So, instead of an update here is a promise of an update sometime in the next couple of days, when my brain isn't suffering from the vacation-mash.
Have a good one!

Seventeenth.
Today my ramblings will be philosophical and just plain boring. Writing a diary seems silly (no offence!) and so does just sitting and thinking.. or that is more depressing than silly. And yes, writing in my blog for the world to see may not be the best option but it is the lesser evil per say. The point of the start is that if you have no interest in wierd and boring ramblings turn your backs now as you are still unaware.
It's 22.35 here in Kaunas, the day has been long and weary. It started at 6.30 and still has not ended. Physcis exam led to more worries about the future, just because honestly what part does Snell's law have in medicin? Maybe there is a part of which I don't fully understand right now but will in time but my life is still young and foolish. This foolishness has a entire baggage with it, one of the heavier things is the lazy and questioning part. "Why do we have to do this?", "I came to study medicin, not physics.", "Shit! I hate this why do I have to learn this." "Stupid, fucking, ramblingsIwillnotsaybecausetheyareveryexplicit". Yes this was my thought trail for this entire time of physics. It's not because I get bad marks, on the contrary my marks were high on the labreports and the tests and the final result of the chapters. The exam will be seen tomorrow. So, it's not a question of not getting it but rather just a question. Why do I have to learn physcis for medicin? Basic. Simple. Ordinary. Yet, this brings everyone to a stand still. Students ask and teachers cannot answer. Well fuck, there goes my future and current teachers and they can't even answer this. Something like that.
Foolishness is something we all possess, but we get better at hiding it over time, in my eyes it's not wisdom. It's skill. Abilities that one perfects during a lifetime, more specifically lies. No matter how much people deny it, they all possess it and use it for their own personal gain. Somewhere along the way people get the silly notion of a competion being in place. A competition in life, who is the more successful one? The most humble one? The most graceful? Rich? Hot? Ugly? Nice? Horrible? There is an infinite amount of words and emotions one could use and apply in this situation. Go to a reunion and people judge and compare because they can and need to see if they have succeded in beating the others. By lying and hiding their own foolishness they bring out a side in themselves that subsitutes this for something achingly close to wisdom. Wisdom does not exist. If it did than people would use it to make right choices and not just settle for the lesser evil. All we need is time and we have this wisdom in our hands. This wisdom that does not exist, that is just an illusion of something we want... or more likely need. For those of you who know their Plato, recognize this but can also recognize the difference. Plato believed in the enlightend ones that were outcasts because the majority are so comforatble and scared that they don't want to see the real world, the world with the perfect forms. Basically we settle, settle for the shadows of the real thing. What I belive is that there is no perfect form of wisdom because there is no wisdom at all.
Now it's 22.52 and I'm not tired. I wonder how long this will be? Hopefully not too long, I may understand the reason for people to stop reading this post but I still want someone to finish it. Tomorrow I have to get up at 05-05.30 AM to get ready for the flight back home to Sweden. The flight will leave at 8.00 and I will reach Uppsala at noon, plus minus a few minutes due to the extreamly unreliable Swedish railways. I should go to bed, but even with my early rise and late night last night (02.00, I was watching a show and lost track of time dont judge!) I just cannot will myself to sleep. Maybe it's the bed or just everything that is going on. I don't know. Insomnia is something that I have had a problem with for a long time. It is not constant, more periodical, it comes and goes. This patch however has been here for three weeks, probably some adjustment mechanism of my body. I mean it would only seem logical as I have yet not gotten any problems with being away from home, well besides the minor complaints I have.
Maria is out watching the Real Madrid game against some team in La Liga, I myself am a Barcelona fan but we still get along (she is my roomie), we set examples people! We can coexist. No end of the world yet... well we need to wait til December to know for sure but I hope not.. because that would mean that I have wasted my entire life on education and there is no way to get the experience that I am lacking, which would be a shame. 23.00 means eleven which means one hour til midnight which means five hours til I have to wake up. All in all six hours left to sleep. I should try. If it doesn't work then you will know about it in a Seventeenth 2.0 post, don't worry.
Good night, wish me luck, have fun in life.

Sixteenth 2.0
Also found a new series that has alot of potential. It's called Arrow and is about the Green Arrow. yes another superhero. What can I say, I love my superheros.
Not totally bad, as I said a hell of alot of potential! The thing is that I am so used to see Justin Hartley with his black specks as Green Arrow (courtesy of Smallville) but with time I will appreciate, in time, Stephen Amell as much as Justin if not more as this is a series that centers around him. Only time will tell, but I like what I have seen so far.
Sixteenth.
There is a exam tomorrow. In Medical Physics. I should study, atleast read a bit. My motivation has not been at the top of it's game... nor has it made any slight apperance during this last week. I have tried, maybe not my hardest but I have tried. The expression involving trying-your-hardest-and-you-shall-recive thing has never made any impact on me. Can't really say why, maybe because I have lived a comfortable life so far or maybe it's because I feel comfortable in the area that i am trying. Either way it has something to do with comfort and either being spoiled or arrogant. Truth is, even though I don't try I still manage well above average, and this is not a boast or uptalking myself, just the plain truth. I am lucky.
Sidenote: Just pressed ctrl + s to save the post so far... shows how used to it I am does it not?
Luck may not have a big part in my life but in this case it is the best way to describe it. Previsouly I have said that har work is the core of life, luck is just something people use to... just something to use. The sad part of this is that even though I believe in it, I just can't apply it to my situations. The only part of my life that I know that i try my hardest is with my brothers. There is absolutely nothing I wouldn't do for them. Nothing.
Hard work and life should go hand in hand but... just not in my case.
Medical physics, the last lab report was handed in today. In total: 12 labreports, 4 tests and one exam tomorrow. Fun life. Next week (or this friday) Parasitology is to be started, even harder according to the elder students, after that there is Anatomy which will fuck up your life. But that is next month so I don't have to worry right now. My worries should be about the exam but in reality I couldn't care less. My worries do however lie with what to bring to Sweden. In two days time I will see my home, friends, KEBAB (yes, kebab.), mom's food and my family. No one except my parents know that I am coming home, it will be a suprise, I am going to pick up one of my brother at the daycare and suprise the other when he comes home from his school. He is doing great. Which is why I have to reward him! So I got him David Beckhams Instinct perfume. Hope he likes it... probably will... he better.
Last week I found Keaton Henson and his amazing voice with his amazing songs. They have that little extra that touches you. Many have that but not in the combination that he got. Voice, lyrics, visual MV's... everything. Charon, Small Hands, You Don't Know How Lucky You Are.. all of them.
Well I should atleast TRY to study, or pretend to study too feel good... Until next time,
-Not/worried and indifferant.

Fifteenth
For the first time in one and a half weeks I am doing... nothing. Absolutely nothing, or I was as I am now writing this post. This years Nobel Prize winner in Literature has been revealed and it is the Great Man Yo. I started reading him two years ago, in my top ten authors he ranks at a sold 3rd place. A great honour, Lewar's list of authors.... yeah not so much. My favorite book of his must be "Life and Death are Wearing Me Out" or in chinese "生死疲劳" now if this is wrong don't sue me, I copied it from wikipedia, heh. A great read, especially when you want to escape studying, just say/think: "Oh yeah, he just won the Nobel Prize I should read a book of his just to keep me updated about the happenings in the world.".... well if you haven't read him that is. But there is something that has been bugging me, Man Yo is my second runner up but the fact is that I was hoping and wishing that my first place would win this year. God (or whatever you believe in it is your right to choose)knows he deserves it! Haruki Murakami. For those of you who know me should or know this, I Love His Novels. I have this view on life that exaggeration is stupid, of course it sometimes it happens to me as well but I try hard to not do that (with Batman on the otherhand things can go overboard and voila you get two dramaqueens :$), which is why when I say Love I mean Love. Kafka on the Shore Dance Dance Dance, Norwegian wood, 1Q84, After Dark etc... All of them! There isn't a book of his which I have read that I have not loved. He is one of the main reasons for me wanting to learn japanese, so that I can read his original words (I know I know, it will take years for me to learn how to read fluently but I will still learn). No matter how good I think Man Yo is, Haruki Murakami is and will always be my first choice, because there is no other that have touched me with his/her story, charcters, style of writing, with a Book in short, like he has.

53 latin words, eight labreports, two tests. Last week and this week so far. Next week means, Latin test, Lithuanian test, another physics test as well as three additiona labreports. I hope this can explain why I haven't been able to update. Good news is that I booked my ticket back to Sweden for the 25th of October to the 27th, may not be much but still something as I desperatly need to see my family, friends and country again! Something that did not involve the plans was so unbelievable but still funny as hell after a while... this secret will stay between me and Dilan. On to other notes:
THIS MAY BE THE SINGLE MOST FUNNIEST THING I HAVE EVER READ!
THIS IS AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER REVIEW FROM A MAN ON AMAZON.CO.UK AFTER USING VEET HAIR REMOVAL CREAM FOR MEN.
After having been told my danglies looked like an elderly Rastafarian I decided to take the plunge and buy some of this as previous shaving attempts had only been mildly successful and I nearly put my back out trying to reach the more difficult bits.
Being a bit of a romantic I thought I would do the deed on the missus's birthday as a bit if a treat.
I ordered it well in advance and working in the North Sea I considered myself a bit above some of the characters writing the previous reviews and wrote them off as soft office types...
Oh my fellow sufferers how wrong I was.
I waited until the other half was tucked up in bed and after giving some vague hints about a special surprise I went down to the bathroom.
Initially all went well and I applied the gel and stood waiting for something to happen.
I didn't' have have long to wait.
At first there was a gentle warmth which in a matter of seconds was replaced by an intense burning and a feeling I can only describe as like being given a barbed wire wedgie by two people intent on hitting the ceiling with my head.
Religion hadn't featured much in my life until that night but I suddenly became willing to convert to any religion to stop the violent burning around the turd tunnel and what seemed like the destruction of the meat and two veg.
Struggling not to bite through my bottom lip I tried to wash the gel off in the sink and only succeeded in blocking the plughole with a mat of hair. Through the haze of tears I struggled out of the bathroom across the hall into the kitchen, by this time walking was not really possible and I crawled the final yard to the fridge in the hope of some form of cold relief.
I yanked the freezer drawer out and found a tub of ice cream, took the lid off and positioned it under me.
The relief was fantastic but only temporary as it melted fairly quickly and the fiery stabbing returned.
Due to the shape of the ice cream tub I hadn't managed to give the starfish any treatment and I groped around in the draw for something else as I was sure my vision was going to fail fairly soon.
I grabbed a bag of what I later found out was frozen sprouts and tore it open trying to be quiet as I did so.
I took a handful of them and an tried in vain to clench some between the cheeks of my arse. This was not doing the trick as some of the gel had found its way up the chutney channel and it felt like the space shuttle was running its engines behind me.
This was probably and hopefully the only time in my life I was going to wish there was a gay snowman in the kitchen which should give you some idea of the depths I was willing to sink to in order to ease the pain.
The only solution my pain crazed mind could come up with was to gently ease one of the sprouts where no veg had gone before.
Unfortunately, alerted by the strange grunts coming from the kitchen the other half chose that moment to come and investigate and was greeted by the sight of me, arse in the air, strawberry ice cream dripping from my bell end pushing a sprout up my arse while muttering arhhh ooooohhh that feels good ahhh
Understandably this was a shock to her and she let out a scream and as I hadn't heard her come in it caused an involuntary spasm of shock in myself which resulted in the sprout being ejected at quite some speed in her direction.
I can understand that having a sprout fired against your leg at 11 at night in the kitchen probably wasn't the special surprise she was expecting and having to explain to the kids the next day what the strange hollow in the ice cream was didn't improve my status so to sum it up.....
VEET removes hair, dignity and self-respect!
Hope this brings you as much pleasure as it did me, because if you are a girl/woman what ever you prefer you can understand the stupidity while condeming the stupidity of using wax the same day as the day you actually need it. Poor bloke probably still don't know what hit him.
Have a good day. -fucked, tired and thoroughly amused.

My beautiful cousin. I don't know where I would be without her. We are sitting in Gan Bei which probably is the best resturaunt here, and waiting for our food. I am so proud because I got her to watch Spartacus and Game of Thrones and those of you who know her know how hard it is to get her to do that.

My cousin is here. Yay. (that was not a sarcastic yay, but think about it, it's not easy to convay(?) emotions in the world of cyberspace. Just think of how many fights that have started because of the lack of emotions through texting or facebooking, huh I can totally imagine that HA!) Back to the topic at hand, now I know I can remove the slightly unrelevant thought I just wrote but I blog to write my thoughts, of course not all but most so I will let it stay on. But Zinga is here, finally! I missed her, I miss everybody so having her here gives me a bit of home back. Now I am a little jealous though since she is going to Turkey for two weeks, and well I am stuck here..? But we can't have it all can we? We're going out tonight with the rest as she want to see the nightlife here (even though it consists out of sleezy guys, sweaty people and hard to breathe environment).
Having a little bit of fun while listening to the Pitbull remix of Ai Se Eu Te Pego, yes I like Pitbull, what you gonna do about that! Huh?! Come at me brah! What yah gonna do? CAPS LOCK ME TO DEATH? Correct my grammar? Ahem sorry again I apologize. MOVING ON: Yesterday was the most fun I have had in months, honestly. Water fight between me and a couple of others! Of course I was the wild card, meaning that i switched teams all the time by making deals (6) muahahha. It started as a harmless prank which escelated into a fullout fight leading to the dreanching of both us (Me, Evan, Suzie, Ohshin and Jinsoo) and the whole fucking lvl5 hallway, which we had to clean up afterwards.
Have a good night - Feeling good and happpy for the first time in a long time :)

I'm in a good mood today... why? I have no idea and I realize that I havent posted anything in forever but honestly? I have a test tomorrow in first aid, theory. Next week first aid, practical. So here is a quick review of things, I had my first actual lecture on monday aaaaand it was so amazingly disastrous. I wont go into detail but lets say that the second day wasnt much better but yesterday was amazing. It was CPR and how first aid should be managed if nothing of the theoretical material isn't present. On saturday there is a big party which of course I am going to, the best part is that we get to decide the playlist and would I be me if I didn't add "Oppan Gangnam Dance" by Psy? I have been listening to it non-stop for the past few weeks and the dancing, let's just say I hope it comes on when everybody is drunk enough not to notice me.
The new Macarena!
To make up for my absence I shall reward you by showing my various emotions during the day because it so happens that i have started to eat normally again, and then i also mean candy with actual sized meals without the need to force them down my throat. You're all welcome.

Here's the thing, life takes wierd turns. So wierd you wonder if you are dreaming or not... Today I meet new people, strenghted my old bonds as well as keep the new ones I have made. The twist? I also meet someone from my past who I have not spoken to or seen for five and a half years. She moved from Sweden to Australia with her family and now she is here with her boyfriend/fianceé as he hasn't officially asked her. At first I didn't recognize her but then she laughed and let me tell you she has a very, very distinct laugh. I would know it anywhere as she was my sparring partner for three years in the Taekwondo area.
"Laurin?"
"Lewar? The fuck are you doing here?!?" The two girls scream and hug eachother while the latter's boyfriend watch on with a wierd facial expression.
"I study here, so I should be the one asking you that. Oh, and nice accent." Lewar laughs.
"Well, I couldn't leave the aussie country without taking something with me... well two things." Laurin takes Lewar's hand and introduces her to her boyfriend.
"Lewar this is Jason, Jason this is Lewar."
Well you get the picture. Here's the creepy thing I dreamt of her the night before. As I said, life is wierd and it keeps on getting wierder.
I am also to recieve visit from Porsche next week as he and his gf is backpacking through Europe before he has to get to work at the company/bank which is this november. And my dear, beautiful cousin is coming to me at the end of the month. Things keep getting better!
On to the bad things then, the washing machine's in this place suck! The one on our floor is broken, the one on floor 6 is broken, the one on floor 8 is broken and all dryer's are broken except for the one on floor 2 and 7. Seriously people! Some fresh clothes would be nice (drama queen of course I have clean clothes). Today we also had a worshop on stress... quite fitting for the day I had today because not only is there a problem with the machines of washing but also the fuckig ATM's and store's. I couldn't pay or withdraw because my code wasn't correct but I think I know my code!
Have a good night -Amazed and annoyed

Ninth.
Tuesday is back which marks my two week anniversery here in Kaunas, Lithuania. Right now I am talking to Dilan and after a hard session whch has lasted 20 minutes I have finally convinced her to come visit me in the beginning of November so Ellie if you are reading this come. with. her. As for the other people let me know when you can come and we shall make it so! Dramatic flare sorry. This makes me happy, I mean of course it makes me happy but I mean in another way I can't quite explain it but whatever. I hope that people will continue to come visit me because even though it might not be England or Bora Bora this place has it's own charm when it comes to character and of course the prices. My spanish friends told me that Lithuania is just as expensive as Spain which makes me feel like a dick when I say that everthing is so cheap. We swedes are lucky that we get CSN, beacuse with it we are able to live like KINGS! Okay sorry I will control myself, I'll focus on the task at hand. On friday we have the initiation cermony and on thurday the rehersal, I don't know about you guys but for me... anything with a rehersal is a big deal. After that we will probably go out partying as tradition states.
Today nothing happened except that we were supposed to bake a apple-rasberry pie but that didn't work out so its a plan for tomorrow. I guess that is all for tonight. Have sweet dreams -Excited

Lazy sunday... sweeter words have never been spoken. Woke up at 13.15 and stayed in my bed til 16.00 before Riz came into the room and we started watching Never Back Down 2 but we don't get very far as Teddy texts and says that they are going to Akropolis. Of we go around 18-19 to eat, ice-skate and see The Possesion. Horrible movie when you watch and then you re like "Dafaq did I just watch?". Then we went back to Sami's place and cilled and now I am home... Tired as fuck witch means a short post.
Have a good night sleep, I know I will. -Tired

Today's submission to this blog wont focus on what I did today but on something else. My wonderful girls.
I miss them so much, even though I have made new friends here there is nothing that beats my friendship with them! They sent me this picture yesterday and just when I needed it I must say... things have been a bit so-so here, nothing major depression (yes I noticed the bad grammar)but still nothing beats home with my friend and family.
Urmas was the destination today and I made a big catch in a toaster/'smörgåsgrill'/waffle-maker/burger-frying/hotdog-making machine... they put everthing and put it into a neat machine. All this for only 79 LT (shees I feel like a tv-shop announcer). Then I got a manicure (yesssss a manicure you just saw what you saw people) and then I got to the hostel to eat some hotdogs.
Good night and have a good dream(s)-Happy

Labas!
For those of you who don't know labas means hi in lithuanian which the superior people of ur species probably figured out. Hey no hard feelings even if you didn't it's okay. Today was the first really cold day, rain and wind. BLÄH! Not in this magnitude and combo please.I also got my library card (YAY) only thing is that it is made of plastic :S so it probably wont last for the comming years but hey if they wanna contribute to the increase of world problems then fine. It's friday and people are out partying or are going out now but I'm staying in the room with Valda to watch movies and eat. We are both exhausted and we also have plans tomorrow, we are going to the Urmas market, getting our nails doen (because it is cheap and good apper.) and then we will see what the day gives... There isn't much to update on today unfortunatly, but one thing is pusè which means both direction and half, but the example of the pronunciation of the 'usé' was the english word pussy which means? I am short, 1.59 but short, so guess what my nickname has turned into? Considering that I am short and a 'half' as they put it... that is right I am a pusé/pussy. Funny if they wouldn't have used it on me but alright. That is all, and now I am going to watch another movie with my new friend. Have a chill night and hope you will think of good things. -Cold and tired.

Fifth.
Two picture's from the top floor of the university that really hit me in the gut, but in a seriously wierd way...
Here is the mumie
aaaaaaaaand here is the mumie-lungs
Today I finally changed groups... after a havock of whatever or not whatever but I slept in as I was supposed to meet with a guy at 8 am to go change our groups. So, I woke up at 8.12 checked the time and the only coherent thought racing through my head was fuckfuckfuckfuckfuck. Grabbed a pair of jeans and my bag, ran downstairs while putting my hair up in a bun and saw that he wasn't there so I go an take a cab, tell him to take me to universitetas (in lithuanian mind you) and arrived at the scene at approx. 8.26. There I was told by the guy that I was supposed to go with that they don't open til 9 but we go up anyways and bam we get switched to our current group (34). Then it's all about beating the clock to the hospital for the lecture and did we do it? YES! Boring lecture but okay... when it ended I went to the hostel, took a shower and wore a fuckin' Be-hå! Think that I went til noon without it :S. Never again especially with all the running. So now I am gonna go downstair to eat some spaghetti bolgonese which one of the swede's have made.
Sweet dreams
-Physically exhausted.

Fourth.
Fuck. My entire day can be explained by this commonly used, bad, inappropriate word. First an introductory class at 9.45 which leads to me dozing of during the so called quiz on Lithuania, I mean don't get me wrong it is intersting but after each answer to a question the teacher has to, and then i mean has to add an anecdote of his life, his family or study which takes up more of the designated time of which we could've ended earlier... It would also be more interested if the same information had not been brought up over and over again during my week long stay here. But what can you do? It's not like you can stand up inside the auditorium and scream, athough e and the people that I was sitting with had our fair share of fun during the quiz y making fun of the facts and the gestures the teacher wanted us to preform. The lecture ended at 11.00 and another would start at 11.15 but since me and three others were supposed to fix something in the uni office we decided that it was of a higher priority than the lectures of which none of us were listening to.
Which brings me to my second part of the day that was... well, Fuck. I want to change groups, it might seem like a hasty decision on my part as I have barley started the course and haven't got the appropriate time or means to get to know my group bt before judging me let me state what I do know. It's the first group of the course which means that we get dibs on exams, mock's, quiz's and the first classes in the morning, FUN. The second thing is that the people are dry, and when I say dry I mean nose stuck up in the air, laughing when other people walk by or introducing themselves as the names are too wierd or funny... come on, please just no. Now I am not going to put everyone in one box and say well EVERYONE is like that but most are and honestly, you get tired quite fast. The faculty manager that is in charge of this wasn't in the office at 12.00 so we get told to come back around 14-15.00, we go back at 14.30 but is she there? Suprise she is not, and again we are told to come back at a later time which in this case meant 16.00. We go back there and then we are told that she has gone home for the day so she will be in tomorrow.
That meme was the only thing that went through my head. But whatever, atleast we got to see some cool (slightly disturbing) things, like mumies and dried out lungs and if my bloody cell would allow me to transfer pictures I would show you but i guess that will have to wait, no?
Have a good night and wish me luck for tomorrow because I swear if she isn't there- I don't know what I would do.
-Slightly Irritated and melancholic.

Third 2.0
I am so content. And if you are wondering why let me give you a hint.... Food. My God i love food, I love it so much that my heart hurts when my mouth isn't in the motion of eating. I am sitting in a chinese resturaunt here in Kaunas called Gan Bei the food, the drinks and the layout of the resturaunt.
I can post the pictures later on, if the modell (called Valda) approves and B... You two woulf either kill eachother or you would turn into best friends. You two are the contendors for the craziest chickas i know. Peking duck, a glass of Asti and rice turned into 40 Lt which is about 100 kr... WOW. I'm going home now and post the pictures if she allows it as well as when I am on the computer because it is easier.
The lithuanian class was okay and I got homework, learn 1 to 10: vienas, du, trys, keturi, penki, šeši, septyri, aštuoni, devyni and dešimt. The š is pronounced sh and the i's at the end are pronounced e. Fun right?
Labas Vakaras my friends

Third
So, right now I am waiting for the clock to turn 13.15 so that I can take the trolley-bus and get to my first class. Lithuanian. Now, the actual classes and lectures doesn't officially start until the 17th of September but for the coming weeks we have introduction to the lithuanian language as well as introduction to the human body, which basically means that we can skip it if we don't want the highest (or high) mark(s). I am not saying that the highest mark is something I truly aim for but it is something that i truly want and therefore all I can do is to do my best and then some to see how it goes. Wish me luck? The place where I live at is a hostel and fortunatly for me I got a room on floor 5, the newly renovated one. I shudder to think what would happen if I got a room on floor 7. Each 'appartment' has two rooms, one single and one double, a bathroom and two frigdes. Since I got stuck with the double room I pay 350 LT a month for Wi-fi, heat, water, bed, wardrobe and so on. My roomate comes from Spain and she has started to teach me some spanish as I teach her some swedish (Watch out Kiruna, I'm coming to get you). She is so nice and sweet so I was lucky, but the girl living in the single room is another story. She wont acknowledge my existance, she blasts Bieber songs early mornings and russian songs for the rest of the day (not that I have anything against the kinds of music she listens to but have some consideration for the rest), takes 20 min showers when both me and Maria needs to get ready for uni. its 12.21, and I am going to get back to my show online.
Have a good day.
- Scared and wierded out somehow...

Second.
Introduction-day. We all decided to meet eachother at 8.15 to go to the Uni, of course some came late (but only by 5 minutes). There are two large groups in the hostel, the Swed's and the Spanish. We took the same trolleybus to go to the university and the number 1 is supposed to take you all the way but the spanish people decides to get of at an earlier station leading to panic within the swedish. "We need to get of! OMG we are going to be late! We are going to Vilnius! We are doomed." and so on. This then leads to us getting of at the stop after and a long, long walk which eventually got us to our destination. At the introduction we were introduced to the assebly hall of the school. Now an assembly hall is supposed to be big, spacious and air-conditioned. This one however was small, crowded and due to the lack of space and close proximity it got hot, HOT. But not to fret the teachers are nice and the students also seem nice. We later got into groups with out own private mentor who showed us around the city and the different places we are to have classes at. My favorite thing of the tour was of course the library,it was big, modern and the best part it was AC:d!
The hostel is okay but Mama Agda (an oh so gracious nickname for a person here because she is evil)is horrible and corrupted. No one likes her but what can you do but smile and hope she wont see the fakeness behind the smile. Imagen them giving our keys to the rooms because someone claims to live there... of course nothing happened as a girl actually believed she was living in said room but still. Who in their right mind does that!
Have a nice time doing whatever.

First
Changes are important. Right now I am sitting on floor 2 with two of my new friends here. I realized that my english accent is enhanced when spending time with brits and I kind of like that. Suzie is a swed from Gothenborg, most students from Sweden are which kind of makes me feel alone in the world but what can you do? Something people need to know but choose to ignore is that Life is meant to be spent alone. Or no, Life is spent alone by default but it would be easier if you weren't alone.
I moved from my home, from my parents, siblings. Basically from my life but as my father said(rough translation from Swedish to English): "This is a necessary step in life, towards something new so that you wont be stuck in the same pattern for the rest of your life. Because that isn't to live.". It doesn't mean that it isn't depressing I mean who would be compleatly fine after abruptly leave everything behind and just start over? (Rethorical question people, I know.) I have always had a good life, got what I need, want and more but to live a lifestyle like that isn't good for your own pride. I would never be able to do that.
The result? I moved to Lithuania to study medicine. The town is called Kaunas, things are so fucking cheap here it's crazy, the people are rude and angry, you have to wait atleast 20 minutes for the food to arrive and the buildings are half-falling apart... But you know what? I'm okay with that. With cheap things I can save money, with rude people I can learn how to be careful and with the half-falling buildings, well let's just say that I will learn how to appreciate the inside(?), maybe.
Tomorrow is the introduction day and the day after that the real fun will begin, we'll see how everything works out.
Have a nice time with whatever you do.
